  • Firebird F-Body Full Bodykit, Wings West Alternative!!

hey all, I am a Pontiac Grand Am owner with an AED Bodykit (Automotive Engineering and Design) www.aedcentral.com. A friend of mine owns a 95 Firebird and mentioned to me he'd love to have a bodykit to add to the already good looks of his Fbird. I talked to the owner of AED, Lenord Dodd and he agreed that if there was enough interest in a kit he'd build it for us. So.. saying that I designed a sign up sheet on my website.. Beyond Control Car Club of Baltimore Forums. If your interested in having a kit for your Firebird then leave your info on the forum or pm it to me if you'd rather not have it posted. Once enough people have signed up I will be sending all the info to AED and Len will take it over from there. Thanks everyone!!

I'd be interested in it. Would this just be for 93-97 firebirds, or 98-02 firebirds? the front bumpers on both are different, and this is why I'm asking. Also, What about a possible widebody kit for the rear fenders? I know some ppl ant to fit wider rims in the rear of their cars, but can't because of clearance issues w/ the outer lip of it. just a suggestion.

Do you know if the kit would be sheet metal or carbin fiber?

How many are you all making and what is the price? What material do you think you'll make it out of? What years of Firebirds? Warranty?
Just a few questions, but just remember talk is cheap. I'd be interested.

Seeing as there's only 5 gfx for the 93-97(Stock w68, Kobel Image and Predator, Wings West, and Pro Am), and I only like the stock W and the WWest kit, but there should be more! And no one knows what the 2 Kobel kits look like.

                            I'm definately interested! What's your page's URL?

Just a suggestion, if he wants a larger customer base. He should make a kit where the sides and rear are the same, but with different front peices for the pre 98 and the post 98.

I would like the look of a more dramatic W68.

At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...
