its a fairly simple circuit using a couple of 555's...I forget the schematic....its to big to remember....but you just make it in a project box and tail the leds...I proced everything total cost was like 5$ ;)

I think it would look pretty cool if it came on when you were parked, like tied in with the alarm. I have a blue scanner on my windshield I need to reconnect that looks bad *** at night.
