Okay, so I have a 99 white firebird, KITT was never white, but the main reason I originally fell in love with the firebird model line was watching Knight Rider as a kid. Would it be corny to install a scanner? I have already been lectured here that you shouldn't care what others think because it is your car, but I just want to hear some feedback...

I was gonna do it but in white lights....I lvoe it...dont do red you'll get pulled over for it :rolleyes:

and just had to have it!

There was a ricer in the lot tonight with a big KITT scanner on the front air dam.. needless to say everyone of us who walked out was like "that's not a firebird!" the guy was standing right there too.. what a dumbazz!!

I was thinking though, when they made the 4th gen it was supposedly loosely based on the Pontiac Banshee concept car. Ever see Knight Rider 2000?

The previews almost killed me, I never even attempted to watch an episode.
