  • I have warps in my rear quarter panels.

i bought the car new. it now has 70K miles on it. i noticed the other day i have some very, very slight warping in my quarter panels in the rear. i have two warps on the pass. side, one in front of the antenna and one just behind it. on the other side, there is a very slight warp. these are on the tops of the panels.

does anyone else have this? you can barely tell, but now that i've seen it, it's bothering the crap out of me.

i have one ultra slight warp (i guess were talking about the same thing here). Mine is so light it might even be a flaw in how the paint settled. its on the driver side. its so slight it doesnt even bother me, and every little thing usually bothers me. i have seen this on quite a few fbodys.

its probably the body twisting because of lack of support from the frame. a set of subframe connectors wont solve the problem, but they will prevent any further warpation

At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...
