how do they powdercoat wheels? do they just paint them black or something? if anyone's done this do you have an estimate about what it might cost? thanks

A place down my way said it was $100 per wheel. So i guess it's somewhere around that cost. -
The wheels have to be coated with a powdery type substance in your choice of color.
