everybody always talks about how they only paid around 400 to get a ram air hood painted and all.
My question is this, where are you guys getting the hood? everytime I look for one they are around 500 for the hood, plus another 200 for shipping, plus 400 to get it painted. I have looked on ebay, ramair.com, local junkyards and all those other websites that sell ram air hoods, but they are all really expensive.

Either pay full price and get it now, or lurk around waiting for the oppertunity.

I've seen them on trucks...some of them can get away with it...but it still looks very tacky...and even if they looked good, the lines on a camaro just wouldnt match up...it cant be done and look good

It may look ok IF it gets bondoed to the car, then you have a natural look, if its taped it will look really cheap. Oh btw I hope it's not installed on a 93-97, cuz then it would look horrid. :(
