single stripe style?

i was thinking about it and I kinda like the idea of a single stripe (perhaps ghost flame style) down the center of the car from hood-roof-spoiler and maybe down the bumper... only thing is that my new hood is sorta curvey (similar to the firehawk hood) so im not sure how easy it would be to make a straight stripe and would it mess up the curves of the bird if it was painted straight... anyways if anyof you are familiar with the new game Burnout3, it would be like the paint on the muscle car... heres a pic...

yea i know kinda sucks... but thats just the concept.. its the mustangish car with the hood a messed up... thats the style im thinkin of... my car is black so i would (obviously) go with a ghastly silver perhaps.... since my accents are all chrome maybe even a shinier color... please post opinions! i have yet to see it on a bird.. pics are welcome too thanks all!
