• Interior Painting what color?

Alright guys & gals, my girlfriend and I have been having some arguments on what color to paint the interior of the Camaro. I have a white one and the interior is dark gray or black what ever it is. But before I order my custom 2 tone leather seats I need to know what color to paint. I have been wanting to do the hole white and hugger orange scheme but she doesn't like orange stripes. Heck ever sense I got the Ram Air hood she doesn't like stripes period. I have painted the calipers hugger orange but thats no biggy to change. She said white will make the interior look like a cow once the seat covers come in and she wants orange. I think orange will make it look like Halloween? What do you guys think? Regardless I am doing what ever I want with the car not what she wants. What color do you guys recommend?? And should I have stripes also?

I painted mine blue. The exterior of my car is black and white though, but the blue looks very good. I have pics on my website in the signature. I had the same problem with my cat being white because you can't just paint your interior white (well you could but it would look nasty fast). I love the blue though. Check it out.

well, I suggest a light blue, dark blue, light green, dark green, gray, pewter, or black combo w/ white. yes, stripes would look good.

Do a Black and Silver theme
Leave the outside the way it is unless you want to get silver stripes :D

I did mine in yellow/black....I think it usually looks best if the intior trim color matches the exterior color, makes it look alot more clean. Unless you got a color like black, in which cause it would make no sense to paint the trim black.

They are really dark, no flash. I got the paint from www.classicindustries.com $16.95 per can. It looks pretty good, but I need another coat, my word of advice, order two cans right from the start. I got the Vinyl Spray Dye. Anywho.

I say paint the interior silver. I did with my car.

White looked too bright on the inside, and I think orange would look weird. Silver all the way, it looks like aluminum trim

Let it be! Our interiors look sleak for a reason - because our cars are! Don't paint it! I'm glad every FBody I see in my parking lot has an unpainted interior; yet every ricer has a painted one. Once again, don't do it!

Though my opinion doesn't matter. :D
