  • Anyway to take this off?

Is there a way to take off the dealer logo on the back of the car? If so, how?

Razor blade. Just be careful. Thats how I did it at the dealership when we'd buy cars from other dealers. As long as you hold it perfectly flat against the paint it wont scratch.

BE VERY CAREFUL! The guy who owned my car before me wasn't and now I have the ugly scar to look at. Anyway how I would do it is use a hair dryer to heat it up real good, then use a very thin blade to slowly peel it off. A razor blade would do the job nicely, just go slow. Good luck

use a plastic scraper...not metal, please dont use metal...too much room for error, and 3m adhesive remover

hair dryer(or leave it in the sun) And use a piece of fishing line to "saw" it off...

then use something like goo gone or bug and tar remover... JStu remember to wash it off after you use a chemical and wax that spot up ot keep it protected once you have the crap off of it.

When I got my car it didn't have a dealer logo on it and my dad told the guy, "ABSOLUTELY NO LOGOS OR DECALS ON THE CAR!". We told the guy that we would be back the next day to pick it up. We even took a piece of paper and wrote "DO NOT PUT ANY LOGOS OR DECALS ON THIS CAR" and taped it to the windshield. Came back the next day, and a big fat decal on the rear right under the headlight. My dad took it to Prime Detailing in town cause the previous owner was a smoker so we wanted them to clean the whole car in and out. The guy said it is no problem to take the decal off.... No problem... WELL THEN WHY DO I HAVE A SCAR THERE NOW!

I have a logo from a now-defunct dealer on my bird, but I don't have the balls to take it off. It looks like the heavy-duty vinyl that they use on stripes. My method would be bug-b-gone or something similar and lots of love with a hair dryer.

I had the dealer take mine off when I bought my car. I told them they could give me 2K cash (for advertising)or they could take it off, they removed it before I took my baby home.

5 minutes with a hair dryer and my fingernails....and I don't have long fingernails. It wasn't a problem on mine. I just couldn't see how the previous owner drove 20,800 miles with that thing there. Oh well, that sticker was the first thing I took care of when I got my car.

I took mine off the second they handed me the keys, told them the same thing 'I don't want dealership decals.' Threw it on the ground in front of the sales manager.

The dealer that I bought my car from didn't put any stickers on the car.. Well they had like 2 on the windshild that I took off right away. And they had these things that were on the back of the keyless entry that fell off so no worries for me:)
