Assume you are talking about that Bentley sticker on the back.
Heat up a portion of the decal with a hair dryer and begin peeiling. Heat up the next section of the decal and begin peeling and so on until it is removed. If there is residual glue on the paint, use some Goo Gone and gently rub the glue off. Go over the surface with a good cleaner/wax. This process has worked for me on numerous occassions.
