  • Just put lights in my heater vents...check it out

I've been considering this for quite some time now and I finally did it today. Check out the pics and tell me what you think, some pics may be alittle blurry b/c I couldn't use a flash or else it would wash out the lights. I used the hyperbright LED's from VARAD, there are 2 in each heater vent and I wired them to a switch. Here's the sight: http://community.webshots.com/user/marky82

This is the best picture and will give you an idea how they really look. Can't believe I was able to hold the camera still for that long (I couldn't use flash) http://community.webshots.com/photo/...58138725HXWSBc

hey hey hey....lets not start the ricer thing...lol. I decided to put red lights in my vents instead of painting them b/c I thought that was a little ricer (atleast with bright red, my bro has silver and it looks great). Besides I haven't seen many people with lights in the vents so I thought it would impress the ladies :D , you know how it is. Thanks for the replies guys and I will make a how to guide.

It doesn't look bad at all, but is a little too bright for me.

Looks good, I was thinking about doing that to replace my strobes. I put some cheap strobes from autozone in my vents just the same as your lights. I never use the damned things though and you can't see it outside the car from the tint. I like it though, how much did you get those varad's for? And anyone thinking of this the hardest part will be finding power and getting the wires across your dash above the cluster
