cleaning alloys?

my front alloy wheels have a brake dust stain that i cant get off.... I use the castrol wheel cleaner. What could I use to get it off?

a little bit of strength from your arm? I clean my stock rims every week with just car cleaning soap and a brush. Keeps them sparkling [img]smile.gif[/img]

If you wax the clearcoat it'll come off easier later - however a good car polish like Meguiar's ScratchX or maybe some Gojo hand cleaner would be safe to use.

Try to stay away from any strong chemicals - you shouldn't need that to remove any stubborn stain!

I wanted to strip the paint of my rims whith acft paint remover but did not work.It cleaned the rims real good :D . But i don't recomend doing this tho,I use Blue Magic it works great.
