• I just want some brighter lights

What headlights would be good for me to get just to get more visibility? Do I already have Halogens? I want something that I can buy at OReillys and not spend more than $30 or so on.

Thanks
Adam

Well you could convert to H4's. Not sure how much the kit is but it's worth it. Then you've got a huge selection of bulbs. If not Autozone has those "cool blue" halogens that aren't blue and aren't all that cool. They got me with that one on my firebird  But they aren't expensive and they are brighter and whiter. You could also look into upgrading your fogs to a higher wattage. Switched mine to 50w and it made a big difference

Jason: If your talking about fog light bulbs you just need to go into autozone and look for a 50w bulb that looks like yours. The one I found didn't have the 90 degree angle so it's a pain to put in and out, broke one because of that. Sorry I don't know the part number but it shouldn't be to hard to find.

Ok I just did a search and couldn't find the original topic I found the info on but heres one I found brighter bulbs. For some reason I'm thinking that what ever bulb number I went into the store with was wrong, not sure if this one is right. Just look around and make sure you have something that will fit and a higher wattage

Yeah I dont have fog lights....yet

I was thinking about just buying some bright foglight style driving llights...and that way when i wanted to look cool, I could put my pop ups down and still be able to see where Im going!

Hey knight rider,
if you want brighter lights, then i suggest that you should go to pepboys, and find "Super White Lights" I see better at nights, and it looks really bright! For two bulbs, it will cost around $55. Trust me, this stuff really works. Also, you mentioned that you didn't know if you car came with halogen bulbs, well they do, but unfortunately they aren't as bright as the super white light bulbs.

Hey you know what the problem with having pop up lights is? When you wash the car...you neglect to wash the headlights!!!!!!!

I washed the grime off of them and they are twice as bright!!

I think im just gonna get some 55watt fog lights now.

Thanks guys

Dude, just go to ORiellys and buy two sets of the Blazer PROXL (or whatever they call them) driving lights...aim one set higher than the other and wire it into your original headlight harness...it would look just the same and would only cost you $80 for the kits plus whatever extra wiring you need.
