Console?

Where can I find a new console compartment..maybe even new console for my 93 firebird, also need a new glovebox latch...I bought it with these things broken, and about how much would those parts run? Also, in a fit of rage I gripped my shifter slightly to hard, and the knob popped off :( anyone know how I can put that back on so it doesn't pull off without trying lol..

WHOA! I wouldn't punch the steering wheel when your fit-O'-rage returns! Never know, but why take the chance.
As for the console parts, try ebay and type in Camaro Console. That's how I fixed the broken latch piece for my console door.

about how much should a consol lid and console, cost? Ive found some on ebay, but im not sure if they are a good buy. any ideas?

go to a dealer and the part numbers for the crap you need. then go to www.gmpartsdirect.com
or go to a junkyard and salvage them from a junker.

If you can wait you can have my 96 FIREBIRD console, after I install a 97+ style console (which is sitting in my garage), for the cost of packaging and shipping it.

E-mail me a picture of your shift knob, I might have an extra around.
