fiber glass hood ?

I have been researching what hood to buy and from what I have heard the fiber glass hoods don't last long or fit well. Is there any problem with latching the hood? Any info would be appreciated.

My hood is made of fiberglass, Ive had no problems with it yet (knock on wood) it fits pretty flush too, wellthe imperfections I think are due to an accident I had in January. If you want pictures just send me an email!

I've had good luck with my hood so far, but there is some imperfections, but not if you aren't looking for them you can find it..You can check a picture out on my website at the bottom.
