So i had this little bubble in my paint on my rear bumper on my passenger side right under the side lamp. it had a hole in it. So i was driving to Atl on friday night and i get home and i wake up the next morning and it like exploded or something while i was driving friday.... theres this huge black spot where there is no paint. about as big as your shoes. the paint just flakes off. There isn't any primer and the dang bumper is smooth as a baby's a$$. It needs to be repainted, and i can't paint worth jack so, do i just take it to a shop and have them rub off all the paint on the bumper and sand it and put primer on it and match the rest of my paint? or would the primer and the sanding mess up the color and texture of the bumper? idk wtf to do. Im not really pissed, its really hard to notice cos my blue is dark enough as it is. can ya'll help me out here?
and btw... i have a decent dent in my passenger side quarterpanel, its all steel, and it will not just pop out. I need a new one... would this be the time to just lay down and get it filled with putty and painted with the bumper (i could prolly fill the hole with putty myself...) or just get a new one welded on the the frame >.< and have that painted too :[ :[ :[
