  • Anyone have the Jaguar style lamps on their car??

Just curious about how it would look like on a Camaro. I'm sure if the 4th gen was still in production Chevy would've updated it with clear red lens lamps, as most manufacturers are doing this.

Jaguar Style is the one that is ALL RED with a hole for the reverse:

i kinda like them, they kinda look like the style of the 98+ firebird lights with the one round white lite and the rest red.

Those owners should be beaten. I looked at 93-01 Pontiac Firebird hoods - got nothing, so I tried scoops (hoping they would show "Ram Air" hoods).... look at my choices.

I was thinking that too. But we've all seen how stock ones look on the car, obviously. But never seen these on one. When the 97 lamps came out, I thought it didn't flow and didn't like it much. Now I like it way more than the pre 97s. I need to see it on the car before I can blow it off like that.

Like TPunk stated, it does remind me of the 98+ Pontiac lamps. If you look at my car the frt end looks more up-to-date than the rear, and for obvious reasons too. I got diamont clears up frt too and from the frt you can see the Hood, my diamonds, and the LEDs I put in there. Then you circle around and the people who see it in the rear, see's a STOCK looking rear, except for the quad tips.

i think they would only look good if you blacked them out and left the reverse light white, that would be the only way i would get them

I threw up a little in my throat when I opened that page... but the solid red ones are the less hideous of all those.

lol, funny you say that when you had them chrome ones on your car. :D

I saw a 96 accord with an all red lens and white for back up and it looks better than stock, not to mention more up-to-date looking.
The 1990 Accord appears to be the first car to have clear headlights, now EVERY manufacturer has them. Then they started clearing out the turn signals. Now they are doing it to the taillamps. Look at the Corvette, Avalanche, Aveo, Malibu, G6, GTO, SSR, Silverado, Mustang, and many more. Everyone is going to clear red.
That's why I'm hoping to see someone who has a set to see how it would look outside in the sun.
