mono cromic black top

Hey everyone Im a new member.This is my first post.Just picked up a 01 white v6 camaro.I'm loving it so far.I just put on a magnaflow exhaust system and it sounds great.But there was one problem.To me it looked a little plain.And my dream car is a white z28 with the mono cromic black top.So I thought whats holding back.By the way I work at jerry hamm chevrolet down in jacksonville Fl.So I went back to the painter there and he said he could paint the top black for ONLY 150 bucks.So there was no question I did it...WOW what a difference It looks so good.So if anyone has been thinking about it do it.It so fun scaring mustang gt's z's and cars like that. and comon you cant beat that mono cromic black top on camaro Wooooooooo.Im getting chillbumps just thinking about it alright thAts It....Peace

Yeah thats one perk about working at a dealership.You get all your paint or body work for much cheeper.You would think a 150 dollar paint job would suck but this guy is one of the best painters in jacksonville.I understand I'm lucky.Sorry about the no pics.I should be able to get some in the next 4-5 days.But untill then bobssliversix just look at any new style z28 in the WORLD...lol.See ya

What's so scary about a black top? I don't even look at the top to see if it's a V8, as there was an option to have it body colored. They look at the fender, the width of tires, exhaust tip, and listen for a rumble...
