IMO, that would be sweet as hell man, I'd do it. As far as ricey if concerned, if you like it and think it looks nice, to hell with all the haters pimp juice, do it twice.

I really like your car now, and I think that those wheel would look really nice. Not ricey at all as long as you keep it to two colors, and do it the way you have been doing it. Keep up the good work.

I think the wheel color would look sweet on your car, however, they are Cobra wheels and because you don't have a Cobra, I would pass on it. Its like people putting Z06 or SS wheels on their v6s, it's just not right. But that's just my 2 cents. I would check around for other wheels with that color.

Those salad shooters look wonderful though... What is the problem with someone with a v-6 having z06 wheels? So if you have a SS, WS6, or standard corvette, "it's just not right" to have zo6 wheels ?

I think those wheels would match the bat on the hood perfect. Would look very sweet. Get em!

I just think if you don't have a Z06 or SS, you shouldn't buy bits and pieces like wheels, hoods, and spoilers to make it look like a Z06 or SS. The Z06 and the SS are basicly special editions so if everyone can buy parts to make it look like the Z06/SS, the Z06/SS becomes less and less special. If you have a v6 with all the SS body features with out the engine, it's, well, fake.

And to keep this thread from getting off topic and moved, to Batman, I think the wheel color is bada** and you should find another wheel just like that one, minus the Cobra logo. In your case it is worse than getting a SS wheel because as you well know, the Cobra is the SS version of the Mustang. But again, it's just my 2 cents.

Yeah... i would just be redoing my wheels in that color. Not getting those wheels specifically.

It isn't fake if you don't have the badging. Most people out there are not going to see a V6 with SS wheels and think its an SS. They don't even know enough about the cars to identify the wheels. As for the rest of it, well, if someone who does know something about cars looks at your car and sees SS hood, spoiler, and wheels, they don't know much if they say "well its an SS" without looking at the badging.

BATMAN: I think that would be a sweet color for your rims. The red color would look better than the black you have now IMO, it wouldn't look ricey, and it would go with your color scheme. Go for it!!

So does that mean that my Z06 18" will make people think that my camaro is a Z06. Come on. Anyone with chevy car knowledge will know that Z06's didn't come with polished aluminum 18s all the way around. Not to mention that I don't have the little corvette symbol on the center of my wheel. A ton of people have told me they like my wheels and have no idea that they are replicas of Z06 wheels. I say....as long as your badging ain't fake...do what you want.
