The picture was sent to me by a body shop college. I am interested in taking up bodywork and custom automotive painting classes at a local college as a side job to what I do now. One of the teachers sent me a picture of a car he recently painted for a relative in California, and I liked it (to say the least)!
The school will cost me about 15k for two years, and that's three nights a week including summer hours...ouch!
Still thinking about it though, nothing definite yet.

I have an interview with the guy on the 25th of April. I'll ask him where he painted it. He didn't mention any shop, he just told me that his relative needed a custom paintjob and he went there and did it for him. I'm guessing that he has a shop or two over there, so I'll definately ask.
