i want to buy a new panel and have it painted cause i have some dents on mine from an accident w/ my girl's dad's truck and i dont want my car in the shop for days getting it fixed and painted so i was hoping to find out how much a new panel would cost so i could get it taken care of that way and put it on myself and where can i get one?
Got the about the same problem only thing is mine has a crack right down the center. I have tried asking many shops in over at my place parts alone they charge a staggering 550. I have seen new QP being sold on ebay a few months back called the parts store in illinois they said its back ordered. They are selling them unpainted not primed but the price if i remember correctly is still much much lower than 550.

the rear quarter panels are welded to the frame. You wont be able to take off your existing one w/o precise cutting and measuring.
Then once you get the new ones its NOT a matter of just bolting it in. You have to weld it in, and then bondo the whole area where you cut to make sure it doesnt show.
