I work at a bike shop and I use this special chrome cleaner that takes off all the rust off chrome and makes it shine like new. When customers bring a bike in for service, they are shocked that we were able to remove the rust and clean the bike. As far as the name I'm not exactly sure, but I'm going to bring a jar of it home this weekened to clean my chrome exhaust tips. -
