1. Take off antenna
2. Use plyers and grab the tip/ball -- pull off. Some people recommend a hammer but that just sends the ball flying.
3. Choose designated height. but not so low where it thickens up and the ball wont go back on.
4. Saw/Cut off desired length.
5. Liquid Nails, JBWeld, Superglue.. Something waterproof for outside use... Put the ball on with some.
6. Reinstall antenna. Done!
