  • Interior Paint Question?

I've painted the inside of my 99 Camaro silver around the vents and the radio/center vent surround. I really don't want to get silver or white face gauges and I don't want to paint the huge piece around the outside of the gauges either. What about using the T/A bezel that everyone uses for gauge overlays and paint that silver to match? I also have an Autometer vaccuum gauge on the pilar that is black faced with silver trim so it would all kind of go together. Tell me what you guys think.

I'm probably gonna end up getting the t/a bezel for my camaoro and painting it the same color as my interior peices (in my case yellow)...mainly because like you...i don't think white face will look all the good on my car...but I do think if you painted the bezel to match your cluster peice, there by making it look like one peice, it would look cool. On the other hand, if you buy the peice and put it over white face gauges, that'll look alot better than all white.
