    chips in paint... how to fix?

    well i just got done cleaning the camaro really well and i have noticed some nice size chips in the hood and other parts of the car. some are down to the primer and some are even deeper. what is needed to fix these. i have a small bottle of touch-up paint and 1500 grit sandpaper. how do i employ these products. THANK YOU
