has anobody heard of those Dean Stinger radial gts tires that i got on my car? they are brand new and sure do have tons of traction, i cant even get the back tires to spin, but have horrible rain traction.

Why did you remove the trunk stuff? Looks silly.

Those Z28 emblems are weight that you don't need. Take those off.

Put the stuff back there back in, looks bad w/o it. And with you taking all that stuff back there off you only took off maybe 40 pounds or so.

40 pounds is still 40 pounds i dont need, no one can see the trunk from the outside, so it doesnt bother me one bit. i just need to clean it up a little bit tomorrow and it will look much nicer.

Well lets put it this way, you have to lose 100 lbs for .1 in quarter mile. It wont make that much of a difference. If I were you just take that stuff out when you go to the strip.

i like to play around with my car on and off the strip, so i just leave it out. besides ever since i took that stuff out, i can feel a diffrence because now i can actually get the back wheels to spin a little.

Who were you tryin to fool?

the reduced weight will also help gas mileage. not something u think about on a normal basis when building a street car, but still a good thing.
