  • Removing waterspots from glass...

    anybody have any good way to remove old waterspots off of glass? simple green won't cut them off.

    ive heard 50/50 solution of vinegar and water works...also Zaino Z-12 is supposed to work real good too...

      Either one works.
      Vinegar/water mix will remove them.
      Z12 is a mild abrasive and will clean up the glass entirely.

        000 steel wool for glass
        0000 for mirrors

          I saw on tv clay bar works. It was tnt or tnn some car show show.

            I saw that show too...it was mothers clay bar..& i think they put mothers polish on it after that did the clay.

                    dang. vinegar didn't work either. it's clearing up a lot, but you can still make out the waterspots. :( :mad:

                    i wonder if 80 grit will work. [img]graemlins/evilgrin.gif[/img]

                      Try 0000 steel wool...it works great with a little elbow grease.
