I backed into my friends front bumper, and it chipped the paint in 2 places on my back bumper. Is this something I can fix myself? I don't want to have to spend alot of money to have someone fix it. How can I go about doing this?

pile up the touch up paint. wet sand it back down smooth. throw on some rubbing compound then swirl remover.
