I'm thinking about coloring in the back PONTIAC lettering between the tail lights with a sharpie marker. Is this a smart idea? I did the sharpie on the engine block over the 3.4 Ltr lettering. And just had an idea to do it over the PONTIAC in the rear. If it is a good idea should I do the side where it says FIREBIRD?
Just ideas wondering if it will turn out good or if I should just wait and order the vinyls.
The incerts look really nice in there, I don't think you'll get them to look as good as the vinyls with a sharpie... Mine is the black insert that reflects white:
many motorcycle people use it on helmets and stuff, my dad has a black helmet with black flames on it, so you cant see the flames unless its at night then they reflect white. cool stuff

Only problem with vinyl is that some people do not take the proper steps in cleaning the area and stuff like that. If you do get vinyl, take the time and do it right.
I bought mine from autografics.com, and am kinda unpleased with their customer service. I clearly ordered the Firebird Set #2, but got the Formula set 2 instead.
So I am currently in the works of exchanging the Formula decals for Firebird decals considering this guy is a complete idiot and has no idea how to run a company.
But the reflective silver/white looks very nice...I have it on my black Firebird (I'll get pics later), and it looks amazing at night.
Order from Brent, and if not him, then autografics...but I'd recommend anyone but them at the moment.

Yeah, I have decided just to order from Brent. $25 well spent for like 4 or 5 decals. I'm most likely going to order them at the begining of next week cause I took my car today to get it tinted 20% all the way around. So gotta get some more tips at the carwash(my work).
beware of autografics!!!! i also ordered some decals, very low quality stuff, and the decals dont even come with the protective front. the guy also messed up my order. he never ever fixed it, just kept getting the runaround, i just gave up and decided to never order from the site again. the site is a scam
I've had one good experience with autografics and one long drawn out one, but eventually I got what I paid for. Their stuff is pretty good if you ask me, my decals came with paper on both sides except my license plate bird cuz it's too hard to put on all at once anyways. But if I had to do it all over again I'd go to firebat

I am looking to get new decals too since the ones i got from Autografics last year are looking pretty shabby right now. lol
Anyways dont use a sharpie marker, get some inserts cause you can at least change it later just in case you want to. I have black that reflects white.

Hey everyone! I've been trying to remove my transmission for two days now! I need to replace the clutch. Only thing I've got left holding the transmission...
Hello, so I changed the front bearings on the bird and the ABS inoperative light came on. I made a mistake of not removing negative battery cable. Now...
I usually have to double, triple my headlight switch for them to come up on my 97 Firebird. I cleaned all connections. Could it be the headlight switch...
