My friend just got a 96 camaro RS and looks like someone hit the back of the car. It need a new Rear Fender and a rear bumper. What will it cost to have these two parts fixed and painted?

Ummm goto a local auto body shop and they will provide you with an estimate

if your talking about the rear side fenders then your looking at alot of money, those are part of the shell aand hac=ve to be cut out and welded back in if its trashed. I got a dent in mine and they qouted $1100 to fix the dent and it wasnt that big.
