• Calling all Lowered F-Bods with 20" wheels

Has anyone on this board, with 20" wheels-or knows somebody with 20" wheels, that has lowered their F-Body.

I am making this a priorty for my next appearance mod and just trying to get feedback, on the pro's/con's of doing this.

there was a guy on here from atl with dubs. can't rember his name though.

personally 20 are too big. 18 are perfect and don't kill your performance as bad as 20s will.

That was probally me.
It has been a while since I have actually posted (however-I check out the site just about everyday.)

As far as performance goes - believe it or not - my car seems faster.
My reasoning for this:

With each rotation of my rims I am actually cover more ground (longer rotation) than I would with a smaller rim.
However, I do agree that the sheer weight of these monsters probally negate all gains.

There's a bird around here on 20s and bags. I haven't seen him on the boards though, and only actually saw his car a couple times in a parking lot. Never seen it moving.
