engine cleaner will it hurt

i have yellow wire looms will it turn them a different color

it wont turn them a differnt color ,all it will do is fade them out. i have blue under the hood, and i can tell, they are already faded.

Well I don't know if it's all engine cleaners or what but I simply sprayed castrol engine degreaser on my engine and washed it off with out anything else and it put a white film on everything. Even most of my undercairage is covered in white crap. I guess theres something else to use though.

after you use the degreaser, use alittle armoral on them, shines them right up.
