Firebird Plastic Front Fender Side plastic vents painted!!

Do anybody have pics of their two little plastic vents on each front fender painted??

i used a flat head screwdriver and slipped it on the side and popped them right out 1 side at a time it's easy to do just dont do it to hard because theres plastic little legs behind it that keeps it locked into place. :eek:

It's a fairly simple procedure which looks really good once it's finished. I had the vents painted on my Firebird silver but I haven't done my WS6 yet because I am still deciding on color combinations. Just be really careful when pulling them out that you dont snap any of the pieces because that wouldn't be fun. Also make sure they are completely dry before putting them back on because the paint could start to flake. You might want to use a clear clearcoat spray once the paint color dries to give it an extra shine and protection. Have fun :D
