Try the Meguiars swirl remover 2.0 by hand. Make sure to work it in real well and get it completely buffed out when it's dry. That's the best stuff to use by hand. And make sure to use 100% cotton towels, such as royal velvet bath towels. If you use terry towels you'll just put more swirls in. Many of the towels that are sold in auto stores say they are 100% cotton, but they actually are not. Be careful with what kind of towels you use on your car because it can make a big difference.

Go to an autobody supply store and buy this stuff made by Presta called Chroma 2000.

Its made for taking out 2000 grit sandpaper scratches.

Very very lightly buff your car with a foam pad. It will look brand new!

After a car is painted, it gets wet sanded. Then they put this stuff (or something like it)on. I use it on things like that. Its a cleaner/glaze.

Its an Excellent product. I believe its about $22/qt. A quart will last you a long time, so you can help out some of your friends with all the extra...or they can pitch in for it.

Do NOT use a sealant on your car.
My advice to you is to go to Napa and get Meguirs 3M (#39009). I used this on my swirls and it cleaned them up nicely.

This product is much more abrasive. I've had experience with it and it worked very well for heavy swirls. But you don't need something like that for light buffer swirls.

          BTW...I screwed up, Chroma 2000 is a Cleaner/Glaze. Not a sealer/glaze. Sorry. I'm fixing my post.
