  • !Pass Wire mod

Here is my new project for my camaro, it is the big craze with the v8 crowd on their boards. Thought I'd bring it over here as well since it is an awesome appearance mod.

    http://www.lswon.com/modules/article...f39ba193c27cc3

This takes all those ugly wires on the pass. side wheel well and places them under the wheel well sandwiched between the metal and the black plastic wheel well skirt. It cleans that area up so much.

I am currently doing a detailing project with the engine bay, and this is one of the first things to be done. I am also gonna polish and paint some things up to make it looks nice under there again. I might also try hidding my solenoids for my nitrous as well.

Maybe this can get stickied our something so everyone can see it and get it done as a free easy mod.

Looks good, but aren't you worried that a big bump would make the tire go up and burn it?

no cuz the wires are protected from the tires too. You have the wires sandwiched between the metal and that black rubber wheel well skin. Besides if your tires are rubbing your wheel well you might have to big of tires in the front

Well...it's not a bad idea, and I like the look of a clean engine bay. I may just give this a shot sometime in the summer...thanx!

Another benefit other than being a cleaner engine bay is that you don't have to worry about them getting wet when washing your engine bay like before either. They are in a nice dry protected place this way.

Yea that would suck to have to take your tire off and wheel well thing off to replace a fuse for a stereo.

it is a tight fit for the wires though. there barely long enough.
