Okay so my drivers side door was ripped almost clean off in a parking lot incident, even though its a no fault by the way insurance looks at it he's fitting the bill of $1300 for the door, fender, and hinge pillar so while its in the shop I was thinking. The car has been keyed on both sides and the shiny red it once was back 10 years ago isn't nearly as shiny so I'm going to have the shop paint the whole car. Question is should I change it to black or stick with red. Price for either is about the same given they have to repaint almost my entire drivers side. So what do you think?

red all the way again. Black is such a pain in the rear to keep clean and any little scratch will show up on it again.

or two tone it with the black hard top and then red body like my car is except I have ttops. That would look good as well I think.

Mine is Black, but if I wanted a change, I would go with red with the black Sprewell stripes at www.3rdgendecals.com

I've heard that red is really expensive paint...but since $1300 is being paid for from insurance, then I say to definitely stick with red. I'm really against black cars (I have one right now and I can't stand it because its ALWAYS dirty) so I say go with red.**Katie**
