sweet tahoe... but ditch the gas door, its always been my theory that you should not try and draw attention to things that designers work hard to hide (ie: chrome trim on doors & trunk), but thats just my opinion... dont overlook my first two words of the post :D

Y'know I was thinkin about runnin it down the track just for the hell of it, never really got around to it though. I got a 5.3 in mine, somethin like 275hp 3?? ft/lb trq so I dunno what the thing would do, with the exhaust and the intake. I really have no desire to modify the engine at all and get worse gas mileage than it already does. I know the weakness in the 1/4 with these trucks is the torque management and the launch, If you floor it from a dead stop it goes slower than it would it you gradually ease into it. damn computers. Only other things I wanna do to the truck is escalade roof racks and running boards, oh and pretty soon a nice black suede headliner to match the maro' thanks for the compliments. But really now would you rather drive that or my camaro?

I noticed you have a CTS-V in your sig. My friends father is a lawyer and has one and was out of town for the week. Well Teenagers + fast car = lots of fun. The handling is on par if not better than my friends Volvo. Not to mention the speed....We squealed the tires through every gear till we hit 5th...damn those caddy's can pull we hit 162 and were still pulling hard but we decided not to push it and let off. Damn good times.

well it tops out at 163, dunno about pulling hard at that speed....its pretty difficult, most people only get to about 159 then run out of steam...or the computer shuts em down.....what kind of volvo??? I hope an R

the camaro was paid of years ago...and I no longer have the truck, Unfortunatley......yes just turned 21, no dont sell drugs......I work full time as a real-estate appraiser....300$ per house, when it's busy I can usually do 2-3 a day depending on the difficulty....do the math :) :banana:

It's a 1999 Volvo s70 T-5. We switched the spark plugs, full custom exhaust from the headers back, and made a custom cold air intake. We also hooked up a manual boost controller and boost guage in place of the stock electronic. Found our sweet spot at 13 psi, any higher and the ECU automatically shuts the car down around 15 psi. (it doesn't shut the car down, you just get 0 boost). Off the line power-braking it sqeals them easily for a good 7-8 feet, and for 3-4 feet through 2nd. From a roll it smoked our friends LS1 he punched it from 30 mph and the wheels started to get some smoke then they caught and BOOM we took off leaving the LS1 in the dust. Next upgrade for the Volvo will be a new ECU.

how did you get your appraisers license or w/e it takes.?

well first find a state certified appraiser that is willing to let you work for him...they can only have 3 trainies at a time....then enroll in the classes, down by me its gold coast school....I was luckly enough that my dad is aswell an appraiser so Im workin my two trainiee years with him...but ya 2 years then you have to take a state exam and thats it.


and for those that keep saying it needs tire shine....here.
