Smoke corners?

Has anyone seen the smoke tinted turn signal covers @ RK Sport? They would look better on my black '94 camaro compared to the clears, but wouldnt I get pulled over at the first corner? They look like it might be black in the middle with a little clear on the sides so some light gets out. Not sure.

light will shine through, just like any other corner cover. i have some sitting in my basement, i took them off for the clear corners. on a black camaro i think the smoke covers would probably look better with your car. theyre also cheaper. just so you know though, vht paint would be a lot cheaper, theres just no turning back unless you wanna buy another set of corners. as far as being illegal, yes they are. Your call there.

SamG, VERY nice car, same thing I am going for. I have the flowmaster & crome tips, slotted blackouts on back. Working on black Z06's & tint. Hey, does any light come thru during the day with turn sig. blackouts?

Thanks, yes it does, not alot but if you don't want it to, do a search for DRL's. People have fixed it so they don't come on. I love the black z06's with the crome lip and the little rivets,I think those are sweet. can't wait to see some pics crash.
