hey do u guys know if the rksport carbon fiber doorsills actually replace the factory plastic ones or do they just go on top of them?

No, there's not enough room for clearance. They replace existing sills. I wanted to get some for my car as well as the CF dash kit but it comes out to a lot of money so I said nevermind. Post pics if you decide to get them...
