i got a black firebird now... i have chrome 077's but should i put them on the bird or should i get something else...
so show me some pictures of 077's on a black bird...
or show me something else chrome on a black bird...

They arent hard to take out. Just crack the door open and stick your hand in there and pop them out. They have two clips on each grille, and if you did have the hood, its just a matter of taking out 4 screws LOL.

Sorry man I never saw this reply, no you dont have to take the door panel off. If you open up the door about half way you can see the back of the vents through the area that the door is hinged to. all you have to do is just stick your hand in there and pop off the two little clips and the grilles will come right off of there.
Now for the ones I made it was a little harder to get those grilles in since they are held on with 3M double sided emblem tape.
