The B-Pillar of my car has started fading and oxidizing really badly as of late, so since it was 80 degrees yesterday I decided to do something about it.
Before
What I did was wash the car in harsh dish soap to strip all of the old wax off of it. I rinsed it and dried it with a shamois. I then took a Mother's claybar to the whole thing, and did 2 passes over the b-pillar. And then I took turtle wax polishing compound and did 2 passes over the b-pillar with that, rubbing it into the paint very well and then buffing it excessively. I then dusted off the excess and waxed the whole car, applying 2 coats to the bpillar.
It looks 200% better!!!

(sidenote - you can see where the paint has started wearing off where I made the cut into the fiberglass for the t-top conversion. Still not too bad and I still don't regret doing the conversion... but that is a growingly noticable downfall)
