Guage lights

I recently changed the stock white light bulbs on my camaro to some red ones.....thing is they look pink.....has anyone done this , but actually made the guages light up red.What u do, or what kind of bulbs did u buy????

A red light of any sort shining thru a white plate will ALWAYS look pink.

I out some red ones in before I got indiglo...looked red to me?

Nope ... I heard that there is a special kind of bulb that is made out of a different kind of material...not painted like most accessory bulbs....but i dont remember who makes them.

Don't red bulbs look pink when they are in stock? Its prolly because of the white that it has to go through!
