Are the decals just a regular vinyl? I could order them from Afterthoughts, but because I'm in Canada, shipping anything is a PITA. Would I be able to get a local vinyl guys to cut them for me or is it a special material?

Acid...there's really nothing special I did on them other then take my time :D . I had to sand down the ridge that was on the front so the decal would lay flat. Other then that I sprayed on brake cleaner and scrubbed them also with simple green and let dry. I applied light coats of the red, then applied the decals and gave them a couple coats of clear. That's it.
