Excellent work as always! Hehe, you should start a business, a local one. When I get my LS1 in the fall, I will be doing all of this stuff to my car.

How did you mask off the brake pad?
My brother painted his calipers, and red paint got on the caliper AND pad. I don't want that to happen when I paint mine soon.
Looks great, BTW!--David--
The NEW V6Bird Website!
Cardomain site
ΔX

whats in the pic is what she got. I was changing my rotors and pads, and figured I might as well do the fluid as well. With the calipers off I emailed Michelle and asked her if she could do it.
So she got 2 calipers and 2 caliper brackets. No pads. She said it was easier to paint them when they're off like that, so I was glad I cut her someslack, after sort of rushing her. I gave her the calipers and 2 days (she worked on both days) to clean, sand, prep, paint, clear coat.. the whole 9 yards! Cant tell it was a rush job though, thats for sure!!!
Thanks again Michelle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do you think it would look if I painted my calipers lime green? Would that looks really stupid or would it make the car look good? I plan on painting my airbox silver with green flames but I dunno if I should do the calipers in green. What do you all think. My rims are in my sig on page 2.. Take a look and tell me what you think!Derek
2002 Metallic Silver Camaro
35th Anniversary

The whole thought of lime green is just sick to me anyways. Sorry but, no. Its cool you want to be different but be different in another way and dont screw up your car by painting parts of it lime green. Thats just my opinion but please listen to it. Why not just polish them and paint the bracket (not green though).
Gerry

Well I just can't picture lime green with silver. I think blue might be a better choice. How about I photoshop the lime green calipers on a silver camaro when I get home from work? Then we can see what it will look like. Check back late this afternoon2000 Pewter Metallic Formula M6

My 2000 Formula

I think that lime green would be fine as a color choice to go with the silver. But calipers aren't enough. You should change the camaro fill letters to green in the back. You should get green racing stripes. And then you should paint your calipers green. That should be enough to make it look like an actual theme you have going instead of a random act of spraypaint- JT3
1998 Red V6 Camaro Y87 Y3F - J.E.T.
