I'd go with an SS hood dood. If you buy one from a company like Rksport or Suncoast creations your looking at an average of $700 for one. I looked on ebay and I see guys selling new hoods still in the box for $400 which is a steal. A really cool hood to set you off from the bunch is that Zroc hood. Probably around the same price. Even though it wouldn't be functional who cares? My hood was functional at one point but it wasn't even worth it. I switched over to cold air induction rather then the ram air.

Just got my Z-roc hood this morning. The ram-air isn't functional but the cowl is. It's not good for much more that cooling off the engine due to the placement of our intakes but it definetly stands out in a crowd. I'm installing mine tomorrow and after my car gets repainted I'll post some pics.2001 Firehawk #155 of 504 -M6
437 RWHP / 404 RWTQ -Dynojet (heads/cam)
12.34 @114 mph 1.7 60\' (bolt-ons only)
12.47 @116 mph 2.0 60\' (street tires, heads/cam)

SS hoods look good, but are waaaay overdone. Go with an RKSport Big Block hood. $765.--David--
The NEW V6Bird Website!
Cardomain site
ΔX
