Thanks :D Actually its not hard to do it all. You just have to blend everything together very well. I wish I was as good as the guy that did my flames tho'. When I was 14 or so I wanted to be an airbrush artist and was goign to take lessons from a local shop. But I was too shy and didnt do it :( I still would love to do it though. Simple things like this I feel confident enough to do

I also am doing my tail filler. I bought a used one, removed the old lettering/bird and its all nice and shiny now :D . I hand cut a "Formula" and bird stencil and will attempt to airbrush this on my center tail filler with the orange, purple and magenta :D I want to graduate the colors and there's just no way to do that in a decal.

I just wetsanded down my console again and shot it with two more coats of clear. I think 2-3 more coats and Im done :D I will post pics when I have it in the car. We're headed to Houston on Friday to pick up a 2002 WS6 my boyfriend just bought and driving it back so I probably wont put the piece in till we get back. I just want the clear to cure really well before I install it.

Mr Coffee...whats your real name so I can address you in a proper manner What color did you do your pieces....silver?? Any pics?

Holy ****ing ****! That is the coolest thing ever!! You are definetly a pioneer with this; I have never, EVER seen an F-body with a multi colored interior with graphics in it.

That is quite an accomplishment! You should be proud of yourself

My only question is this: How will you clean this? People will be touching your console, and oils and dirt from their skin will eventually build up noticibly. Is the paint safe to clean?

Thanks for all the nice compliments

CamaroRob97.... I taped off the back of the cigarette lighter with some masking tape and shoved some paper towel pieces down in the hole part :D The shifter plate I painted over and handpainted the diagram back on actually.

TheV6Bird ...I will just clean the console much like the rest of the inside. Since when I primed it I made sure I filled all the nooks/crannies so it's a real nice smooth piece the dirt wont stick nearly as much as it used to. It also has about 10 coats of clear so it's nicely protected and I used automotive paint for everything so it should hold up great.
