yeah u can put 18"s on no prob, u can even go 20" but 20"s dont look that good on our cars..

    17/18 is the recommended consideration..

18s will slow your car down... you probably will loose .3 in the 1/4 worst case.

well my 18's are quite a bit lighter than the stock wheels so the didn't slow down but they didn't help my performance in the 1/4 but damn do they look a lot better that 16 or 17's.

They are? You must have aluminum wheels or something.

i have 18's and unless your doin the 1/4 mile you wont even be able to notice it at all. you really cant feel a loss when its only .3 of a second or less. et them the loss isnt bad compared to the styling you get from your ride.

Ive also got 18 inch rims but I am having a problem with mine. They are the ZO6 replicas and there 10 and a half inches wide , whenever I turn sharply to the right or left I can here the wheels rubbing. They are chrome and I weighed them against my stock rims and tires, there was a 8 pound differance.I have put my stock tires back on and will post the time differences this weekend.

Yea I allways felt the same way as you about the quarter mile . I always thought my car was more then fast enough, atleaste until my friends kept telling me to race them at the track. Then there eclipse,5.0mustangs and pretty much everyone showed me what threre taillights looked like.I was really embarressed cuz it LOOKS like the car should be faster .If that makes sense or not I dont know.Needless to say I have bowed to oneday show them my taillights and have them feel my pain
