well i've thought about this too, a few people say it looks good, and a few say its ricey, my opinion is if you can't see the rods that emit the light your good to go, i have a friend here in SA who has red under a white camaro, the color is good but you can see the rods, and it looks bad... personally i'm gonna wait until i get the side and rear gfx put on before i even think about that, but do what you want... try it and if you dont like it take it off... and btw i saw a silver ta with blue underbodies and it looked pretty good...

I have a blue kit on my Camaro, and you'll see the tubes (except for the front one) on any 4th gen if you don't have ground effects. I just put electrical tape over the part of the bulb that shows, and it looks fine. :D

IMO its a bit too ricey, but its whatever you prefer really: a lot of people will like it, and some won't: all that counts is if YOU think it looks good, cause its your car.

I have a Black 1999 firebird with the w68 package and a red underbody kit. It looks very good IMO and there are no tubes visable PERIOD. I think that the kits look great as long as you can't see the tubes. I had no problems hiding the tubes on my f-body as well as other cars I have installed the kits on for friends and such.

Its not ricey, it started with muscle cars in the 1st place and if the color is right on your car and you have the nice good bright bulbs, good.

imma have a red or white set under my red firebird

finally some people who like the same stuff I do lol. I think theres a fine line between Rice and tastefull appearance mods. I think that with the bulbs hidden this is very tasteful. Im going to get a blue or purple kit, my ca is blue red wouldnt look right.

Doesn't the W68 package include ground effects?

I'm with everyone else...if the color goes with the car well and you can't see the bulbs, then i like it.
