    Cowl Hood

    ok,
    i have decided to get a cowl hood from Hawks Parts, it's $399 + shipping. is this hood made for induction or just looks? i want it do something like cool my engine or induct air. how do you guys think that would look on my '95?

    I think it should look pretty good. Be sure to take some pics whenever you get it.

      it will take air out of your engine bay,that will help cool the engine and lessen front end lift at high speeds

        yeah it's supposed to help in cooling your engine. definately post some pics because i want the same hood for my 97 firebird.

          93+ ?!?!?!? I dont think it fits on 98+ can anyone find out?! O_o

            Cowl hoods are used for greater clearance, or to move out lots of air. They look cool too :cool:
