Need a photochop of my truck-Painting billet fuel door.

ok what I wanna do is paint my billet fuel door black to match the truck, right now it just looks out of place, it kinda goes with the rims but not just right, I dont want to paint the screw heads of the door, just the polished/chrome part of it. I have no clue of how to use photoshop, so anyone with some spare time do me a favor. heres a pic.
